CHAIRMAN
Mr Loh received his education at St. Michael’s School (now SJI Junior), St. Joseph’s Institution and Raffles Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law and a Master of Arts in Law degree from the University of Cambridge.
He is a Partner at TSMP Law Corporation and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a Non-Resident High Commissioner for Bangladesh at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is also a trustee of the St Joseph’s Institution Foundation Singapore and a Governor on the St. Joseph’s Institution International Board. He was a Governor on St. Joseph’s Institution Board. He serves as an independent Director on several Boards, including Adventus Holding, Kingsmen Creatives and Vibrant Group.
TREASURER
Mr Wong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration from the International Management Centre, UK. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) of CPA Australia, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered with the Board of Accountancy, Maine, USA.
Mr Wong was formerly the Assurance Managing Partner and Head of Assurance at Ernst & Young LLP (EY Singapore), having served as a partner with the firm for 25 years. He currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited, a Board Member and Audit and Risk Committee Chairman of Sentosa Development Corporation, and a Board Member of the National Arts Council and Tripartite Alliance Limited. Deeply committed to the community and Lasallian mission, Mr Wong had also served as a Trustee of the St. Joseph’s Institution Philanthropic Fund and a Director of The Trailblazer Foundation Ltd.

Dr Koh studied at St. Michael’s School (now SJI Junior), St. Joseph’s Institution, and Catholic Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore, a Diploma in Education from the Singapore Institute of Education, a Master of Science degree from Massey University, New Zealand and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Monash University, Australia.
He is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Science of Learning in Education Centre, National Institute of Education. He was an Executive Vice President at Sing-Ed Corporation for about 6 years. He was an Associate Professor at the National Institute of Education (NIE) for over 28 years, where he held various leadership positions, including Deputy Director of NIE, Associate Dean for Research Administration and Support and Founding Associate Dean for Academic Computing. While remaining as an NIE faculty, he held senior leadership positions at the Singapore Ministry of Education, where he was the Director of Educational Technology and Deputy Director of Higher Education. After his MOE posting, he served as Principal of St. Joseph’s Institution. He later served as CEO of St. Joseph’s Institution International. He had served as the Chairman of the Archdiocesan Commission for Catholic Education from 2015 to 2025.

Br Larry received his education in Catholic primary and secondary schools in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky in the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Humanities degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee, a Master of School Leadership from the University of San Francisco, and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in educational leadership and policy studies from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
Br Larry is from the Midwest District of the De La Salle Christian Brothers, where he served as a teacher and administrator in schools of the district. Prior to coming to Singapore, he served as Vice President for Mission at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Br Larry serves as the congregational representative of the Brothers on the Archdiocesan Commission of Catholic Education and is a member of the District Council of the Lasallian East Asia District (LEAD). He is currently Brother President at St. Joseph’s Institution International School.

Br Jeffrey received his education at De La Salle School, St Joseph’s Institution and St Andrew’s Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from the National University of Singapore.
Br Jeffrey had taught at De La Salle School and St Stephen’s School. At present he is serving in Hong Kong. He is currently the Supervisor of Chong Gene Hang College. Prior to this, he was the Supervisor of St Joseph’s College. He is also a member of the Catholic Board of Education in the Diocese of Hong Kong.

Mr Goh received his education at St. Anthony's Boys School, St. Joseph's Institution and Catholic Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education.
Mr Goh is the Principal of St. Stephen’s School. Prior to his appointment at St.
Stephen’s School, he was the Principal of St. Joseph’s Institution Junior and Vice-Principal at St. Anthony’s Primary School.
CBS BOARD REPRESENTIATIVE
Mr Rebeira studied at St. Stephen’s School, St. Patrick's School, and Catholic Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Rebeira is an independent consultant at Novocure, a global oncology company and an advisor to SMRT. He is the Chairman of the Board of Management for the Christian Brothers Schools in Singapore and a Commissioner on the Archdiocesan Commission for Catholic Education. He is also a council member of the Singapore Cancer Society. He spent his entire career, about 38 years, in the Ministry of Defence, where he served as a Senior Director.
SJI REPRESENTATIVE
Mr Chan studied at St. Michael’s School (now SJI Junior), St. Joseph’s Institution, and Catholic Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE).
Mr Chan is the Group Chief Executive Officer of NETS. Before joining NETS, he held various senior positions, including Senior Vice President at American Express and Vice President at VISA and PayPal. In addition to holding directorships at NETS- related subsidiaries, he is also a Director on the Catholic Foundation Board and the Treasurer for the Archdiocesan Land Properties Singapore (ALPS) Council. He is serving as the Chairman of the St. Joseph’s Institution Board of Governors.
SJI INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Mr Woo studied at St Michael's School (now SJI Junior), and St Joseph's Institution. He continued his edcation at King's College School (UK) and Victoria University of Wellington (NZ). He is a Singapore Chartered Tax Professional.
Chris served as Head of Tax at PwC Singapore and Myanmar from 2014 to 2024, and previously held the role of Tax Director at General Electric for six years. He has served on the boards of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals and the Singapore Tax Academy, and was also Treasurer of the Yellow Ribbon Fund. From 2023 - 2026, Chris has served as PwC’s Asia Pacific Tax Leader, bringing over 35 years of experience in international taxation and deal advisory.
HOPE HOUSE REPRESENTATIVE
Mr Gwee completed his secondary education at St. Patrick’s School and holds both a Master of Science in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore.
He retired from the Public Service after an illustrious 43-year career, which included 31 years in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and 12 years with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). He currently serves as a Consultant for HR Systems at MHA. Previously, he was the Director of the Human Resources Transformation Office (HRTO) for 10 years at MINDEF. He retired from uniformed service and went on to serve another 12 years at MHA as Director HRTO , MHA and concurrently as Director of the NS Affairs Directorate at MHA. Deeply committed to the Lasallian community, Mr. Gwee serves as the Chairman of the St. Patrick’s School Council, a member of the Christian Brothers’ Schools Board of Management, Chairman of the HopeHouse Board, and President of The Patrician Society, St. Patrick's School's alumni association

Mr Yee studied at St. Michael’s School (now SJI Junior), St. Joseph’s Institution, and Catholic Junior College. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law and a Master of Arts in Law degree from the University of Cambridge. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Singapore law from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Yee is the Chairman of Duane Morris & Selvam where he serves as the Global Head of Corporate for Duane Morris & Selvam. He currently serves as an Independent Director at F J Benjamin Holdings, Yangzijiang Financial Holding Ltd, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd, Oxpay Financial Limited, Oxley Holdings Limited and TEHO International Inc Ltd. He is also the Honorary Legal Adviser to the Char Yong (Dabu) Hakka Clan Association. He serves as the President of the St. Joseph's Institution Philanthropic Fund (Singapore). He also founded and chaired the Cambridge University Asian Lawyers Association. He was a Governor on the St. Joseph’s Institution Board.
